As a member of the technology team, you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle – whether that be problem scoping, solution design, software and system delivery, or product optimisation. You'll be accountable for quarterly and annual objectives, report on team progress towards key results, and work closely with stakeholders from all functions to define and drive forward the technology product roadmap.Technology is at the heart of Splend's growth strategy and the choices we make in technology will shape the company's potential to scale. Our current technology strategy is built around the following key pillars:- Operations: Technology solutions that help scale, automate, and secure our operational processes.- Website & App: Transforming our customer-facing touchpoints to deliver fantastic customer experience.- Data: The data and reporting capabilities needed to optimise business performance.- Billings & Collections: Best-in-class billings and payment systems, underpinning our end-to-end financial integrity.- CRM: Configuring our third-party CRM and associated applications to maximise the performance of our sales and marketing functions.Across these areas we use a blend of internal software and third-party cloud applications to build the right solutions for the problem at hand.What You'll Bring:Demonstrated experience in a digital product, project management, or technology role at a mid-senior level (4+ years minimum)Experience creating and writing high-quality documentation (e.g. strategy papers, project updates, systems design documents)You'll be technology literate: you won't need to read and write code, but you'll have strong working knowledge of key technology concepts such as APIs, AWS and cloud-based infrastructure, ETL processes, BI tools, database and data model structures, front-end and back-end software layers, UX/UI design.You'll be resourceful, seek out opportunities to create value, and can quickly adapt as the business grows at pace.Ideally, you'll have worked in a company with a heavy reliance both on internally deployed software (i.e. in-house, custom code) and third-party cloud applications for CRM, financial, subscription, and fleet management capabilities.If you have experience in delivering and managing projects related to financial platforms and software and an understanding of operational financial and accounting processes this is a bonus!You're comfortable working with remote teams and can make allowances for time differences, including flexibility for occasional late afternoon or early evening calls.Our BenefitsEquity Package: Share financially in the company's successPerformance based bonus and commission plansEmployee Assistance ProgramDedicated Learning & Development PlatformSplend is a dynamic growth company driven by a shared vision for success.
