We are looking for an experienced Productivity and Collaboration (P&C) Product Manager who is metrics-driven and goals-oriented to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment to work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.You'll be part of Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), our global technology team and be responsible for P&C services including: Management of the Microsoft 365 Suite, Meeting Room Technology, Identity and Access Management (e.g. Active Directory and Okta) and other collaboration tools.If you would like to be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritising product, customer requirements and defining the product vision, we encourage you to apply!Day in the life:Defining and executing the product strategyIdentify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape to develop a product that meets the needs of the target market and differentiates the product from competitorsCollaborates with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and sales to develop and launch the productWork with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Product to create a go-to market plan and identify the best channels to reach the target customersTrack key metrics aligned to the overall business objectives, such as revenue, customer acquisition and retention, and customer satisfactionIdentify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for product enhancements and updatesYou'll be perfect for the role if you have:5+ years professional experience in a Product Management role5+ years in Productivity and Collaboration3+ years of demonstrated leadership experienceA Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent experienceStrong business acumen, able to understand the market, competition, and financials to drive product successStrong analytical skills, use data and metrics to make informed product decisionsExcellent communication skills, able to communicate the product vision and strategy effectively to all stakeholders, including engineers, designers, marketers, and executivesA deep understanding of the customer and their needs to create a product that meets those needsAble to think strategically about the product, anticipating potential issues and planning ahead to ensure that the product is successfulExperience creating experiments, including running A/B tests and gathering customer feedback through surveys and interviews to validate whether changes are likely to drive loyalty and retentionOffice hours: Standard - however may require outside of hours, due to Global nature of the roleWhat you'll enjoy:Tick destinations off your bucket list with our discounts on travel and accommodationEmployee Share Scheme through Equate PlusAccess to in-house financial and health services, internal 24/7 gym and End-of-Trip FacilityReceive ongoing training and professional developmentClosing the Gender Gap in Super Balances!
