To dramatically reduce its carbon footprint, they are implementing wide ranging and innovative energy efficiency initiatives.An equal opportunity employer, this organisation is driven by upholding strong values.WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROWThis Product Manager position based in Melbourne or Sydney is responsible for the development and execution of the marketing strategy.Conduct annual strategic audits of the client's product portfolio to identify growth opportunities.Research market trends to develop competitive marketing strategies and align product vision with company goals.Monitor market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and support the sales team.Develop marketing strategies and plans for focus products across various therapeutic categories, including budget management.Oversee product life cycles, including pricing and margin management.Evaluate market potential for new product development or in-licensing.Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders in therapeutic areas.Stay updated on product knowledge, clinical developments, and competitor activities.Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external customers to drive marketing and sales strategies.Develop product training materials and manage product forecasting, inventory, and pricing.Adhere to professional and ethical standards as per Medicines Australia guidelines.YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN LANDING THIS ROLEAt least 4 years' hands-on marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry and preferably have experience as a sales rep in pharma.Demonstrable business planning skills, analytical and strategic.Able to work in the office and travel interstate every month.Preferably science, health-related or marketing tertiary education qualifications.Preferably Medicines Australia qualification.Interested?
