Product Manager Rio Tinto is building a world-class Digital Products team. We're establishing a Product Management team to support our Product portfolio and guide our business-critical programs of work.

Planning and scheduling are key capabilities in our business. Our ability to effectively plan and schedule large scale, integrated systems of assets - across mine, rail and port operations – sets us apart, as a source of competitive advantage. As such, we've developed (and continue to develop) a number of bespoke, integrated digital products in these domains.
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager – Operations Planning, the Product Manager is the primary IS&T contact for scheduling products and platforms across the group. Working closely with business stakeholders, as part of blended teams, you'll collaborate widely with senior stakeholders, to articulate and then drive product vision, strategy and roadmaps.

Responsibilities Provide oversight to supporting functions in Design, Engineering and Data and Analytics.A focus on problem definition and value realisation - providing strategic recommendations into product viability, clearly linked to return on investment.Build and maintain trust with stakeholders through consistent, high-quality product delivery and effective communication.What you will bring A graduate degree in a relevant field.At least 5 years Product Management experience.Experience in working across mining value chains or business improvement roles is desirable.Experience creating and delivering presentations to both technical and business audiences.Excellent stakeholder management skills.
