Where and how you can work
Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you.

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
About the Opportunity Canva would not exist without content. Our templates, photos, fonts, stock media and more play a critical role in empowering our users to design anything and publish anywhere.
The Revenue Platform team plays a key role in expanding, amplifying & improving our content library of >130M elements & templates by ensuring our Global Creators are paid for their contribution to the Canva library.
In this role you'll work closely with our Content and App ecosystems teams to ensure we continue to evolve our payouts & incentive structure to meet the needs of our Creators and App Developers around the world, as well as our user's content preferences.
As the product manager for this space, you'll: Build out & execute on our strategy to scale a world class payouts platform - from the platform, automation and community aspects to compliance, localisation and partner management. Collaborate with key product, design, marketing & operations stakeholders across groups at Canva and with external partners to deliver on opportunities to amplify Canva communities' payout experience. Collaborate with content and app ecosystem supergroups to design and implement new compensation opportunities for our communities including AI content monetisation, & ecosystem developer compensation Build a long term vision for the payouts platform and identify and setup new payout programs to strengthen Canva marketplace. You're probably a match if: You have Product Management experience in building revenue, payments or subscription products or platforms You're an excellent communicator & are confident influencing & driving projects across a growing organization, interfacing with everyone from senior leaders to teams building out our roadmap & monitoring abuse You enjoy getting into the technical details and user experience, and collaborate with your engineering, data and product design counterparts to ensure solutions deliver against business needs You are able to zoom out and use broader business context and external factors to advise your vision and strategy What's in it for you?
