About the role As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and evolution of our EV charging, ad tech and data products. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis to uncover insights and inform product decisions, while also ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis and Insights: Utilize your strong analytical skills to analyze user behavior, product performance, and market trends, translating data insights into actionable product recommendations.Product Planning and Roadmapping: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and prioritization based on data-driven insights and user-centered design principles.User Research and Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and validate design hypotheses, integrating findings into product iterations.Design Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with product goals and enhances the overall user experience.UI/UX Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications that effectively communicate product features and functionality, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user interface.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives, advocating for user-centric design and data-driven decision-making.Product Launch and Optimization: Lead product launches and post-launch optimization efforts, monitoring key metrics and iterating based on user feedback and data analysis.Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product plans, progress, and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, fostering transparency and collaboration.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to product design and user experience, proactively addressing potential issues and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.About youProven experience (1-5 years) as a Product Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on data analysis and user experience design.Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with experience using SQL, Python, or other relevant languages.Strong design skills, with proficiency in design tools such as Figma.Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and other user-centered design methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for creating innovative and user-friendly products.Experience working in agile development environments.Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.Experience with EV charging and/or ad tech is a bonusWhat's on offerOpportunity to be a part of a purpose-led business making real impactEnergetic, engaging, and welcoming team in a start-up environmentCompetitive salary with generous bonus programAccess to equity programFlexible work hours2 working from home days per week / remote workGeorge St / Sydney city office space with regular social activitiesCasual dress codeWell funded, early-stage business with global growth opportunitiesTo Apply We're trying to make a difference at JOLT and need entrepreneurial team players who can problem-solve and thrive in ambiguous environments.
