Rare opportunity for someone with neurosurgical medical devices experience to make the move into a product marketing role.
Company Overview: This global, Melbourne-based Medical Device company has a broad portfolio of products and solutions used for the management of multiple disease states, including traumatic brain injury, hydrocephalus, hemorrhagic stroke, and other neurological conditions.
Due to growth, they have a newly created Product Manager position available in their team.
Key Responsibilities: Developing and implementing product marketing plans, programs, and activities to support the sales team.Working with team members to manage events - trade shows, referral meetings, and professional education.Liaising with KOLs/clinical stakeholders to develop market insights and customer requirements.Collaborating with internal stakeholders both locally and globally.Assessing competitor products and market positioning.Minimum Requirements: A minimum Bachelor degree in Science, Healthcare or Business.Neurosurgical or related clinical or sales experience.An understanding of product management within medical devices or related field.A track record of being a collaborative team player, willing to take on new ideas.Most of all, you will be passionate about and enjoy working in a challenging environment where you will engage with a variety of multiple stakeholders who have the patient as the core focus of everything they do.
