About the role We have an exciting new opening for a Product Manager Marketing Automation within our Customer Lifecycle Management team, available as a 9-month fixed-term full-time contract.
Applications close on September 13th. What you'll be doing Reporting to our Senior Transformation Manager, you'll be responsible for creating a roadmap for deliverables that delivers high quality omnichannel customer experiences and improves business metrics.
You'll also:
Be accountable for managing and prioritising the roadmap and initiatives.Assist to define and own the scope of work that meets business objectives and business case deliverables.Define squad backlog and how it aligns with business strategies and product roadmaps where relevant.Understand and resolve potential dependencies, constraints and limitations of solutions.Be responsible for end-to-end execution of initiatives, from discovery to delivery.Work closely with other Product Managers, business stakeholders and dependent teams e.g. Digital and Technology to manage dependencies and risk.Communicate to stakeholders on progress of initiatives, to resolve issues and obtain necessary approvals. What you bring In this role, you'll leverage your product management experience and expertise in content at scale, agile delivery, and change management within large, complex organisations.
Coming from a digital-first organisation with a strong customer-centric focus, your ability to communicate effectively, influence others, collaborate and negotiate both internally and externally will be essential.
You'll think critically, solve problems, and develop actionable plans, all while demonstrating strong planning and time management skills to drive successful outcomes.
You'll also need Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Business/Commerce.5-7 years of experience as a Product Manager.Ability to deliver measurable results for users and the business through omnichannel marketing personalisation.Ability to support personalisation capabilities across digital marketing channels from content creation to campaign execution.Ability to communicate and rationalise priorities, decisions and proposed solutions.Ability to translate business processes and customer insights into consistent omnichannel personalised customer experiences and solutions.Knowledge of digital ecosystem, agile methodologies, and personalised marketing tactics.
