IMTD leverages cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and agile practices to enhance user experience, security, and integration.
About the Role Product Managers work closely with the delivery team and the business to create and improve a product or service, ensuring it meets user and business needs.
They are responsible for prioritising product component delivery, according to greatest value.
Key Responsibilities Drive the strategic product vision across relevant individual product roadmaps using product management and design thinking methodologies informed by relevant product owners and customer insights to ensure strategic alignment with organisational priorities.Provide leadership and direction to product owners and effectively manage agreed product outcomes to ensure successful delivery and a performance-based and customer-focused work culture.Manage and coordinate regular reporting to provide assurance to senior leaders pertaining to product progress against the strategic roadmap.Partner with the business and key stakeholders to effectively manage and deliver agreed benefits on a selected range of products for maximum value and a positive impact for the customer and a return on investment.Qualifications Qualification or certification as a product owner with demonstrated experience managing a large-scale and complex product in an Agile environment or demonstrable extensive workplace experience within the discipline.Experience in managing a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) including setting up clear objectives, responsibilities, deliverables and associated timeframes for their roles.Demonstrated superior expertise and a proven record of achievement managing a large and complex product lifecycle and leading multidisciplinary teams in a large and complex clinical ICT service environment.Applications close 11:59pm on 1 November 2024.
