About the role We are embarking on an ambitious journey to extend our apps and services to provide rich experiences for our users and empower them to unlock the secrets of healthy living through food and nutrition. To help us get there, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to play a key role in our cross-functional teams and successfully develop our roadmap initiatives.
In this role, you will be a key member of the Product Delivery team where everything comes together. Working closely with Technology, UX, Marketing, Customer Service, Data, and Nutrition teams, you will understand our users' unique challenges and ensure these are effectively communicated and understood across the entire company.
Hybrid work role - two days in the office and three days at homeThings you will do Deliver and support the roadmap for our mobile products, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.Play a pivotal role within the Technical Delivery team, supporting Development, QA, UX, and Design teams from inception to launch and beyond.Support the Marketing team with GTM activities and effectively communicate the impact of product launches across the organisation.Collaborate with our UX and Design team in gathering insights and advocating for the voice of the customer to deliver the best experiences in the market.Work across internal teams to understand user needs, data insights, business priorities, opportunities for collaboration, and actions required.Integrate best practices and innovative ways of working, and develop a strong understanding of the B2C product and the industry landscape.About you The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager working within a similar rapid, goal-led B2C environment.Demonstrated experience working with technical teams during planning, discovery, research, design, development, release, and post-release stages.The ability to document, contribute, and communicate clearly with your Delivery team and promote the team's achievements across the organisation.A results-oriented approach to problem-solving, with proven qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, often translating into detailed requirements.Ability to stay organised, effectively multitask and collaborate, especially on multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously.Good dose of pragmatism - you need to strike the right balance of innovation, strategic initiatives, and incremental product improvements.Drive to stay relentlessly customer obsessed, detail focused, and data informed.Why work for us?
