With responsibility for a range of lending and deposit products, this role will require delivery of product and pricing strategy, profitability, governance, growth and efficiency.The Product Manager is also responsible for managing the Bank's pricing strategy, market insights and product pricing governance across all portfolios. The role will involve assessing market conditions and making pricing recommendations for Bank Australia to maintain strong growth, manage customer expectations and ensure market competitiveness. The Product Manager will demonstrate their extensive experience in supporting product initiatives and roadmaps, determining appropriate pricing margins and providing stakeholder support.Reporting to the Head of Product, this role will work alongside experienced Product Portfolio Managers to develop and design values aligned products and manage product performance across product lifecycles. This role will also work closely with Treasury, Finance and Retail teams.
