We are seeking a skilled and visionary Product Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee the operation, optimization, and governance of our MarTech platforms.

As the Product Manager for MarTech Platforms at Coles, you will be the technical custodian of platforms such as Marketing Automation and Customer Data Platforms (CDP), ensuring they effectively serve multiple business units while adhering to best practices and regulatory standards.
Your role will involve developing a comprehensive product roadmap, acting as the key liaison between the product team and internal stakeholders, and leveraging your technical expertise to drive platform enhancements.
You will also Platform Oversight: Oversee the operation, optimization, and governance of MarTech platforms (e.g., Marketing Automation, CDP), ensuring they meet the needs of various business units while following best practices and regulatory requirements. Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business value and customer impact. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between the product team and internal stakeholders.
Gather requirements and ensure clear communication of product capabilities and developments. Technical Custodian: Serve as the technical custodian for the platforms, utilizing your expertise in modern data warehouses, API integration, streaming data, and microservices to drive platform enhancements and ensure seamless functionality. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Digital, Marketing, Customer Experience, Data Science, and IT teams, to identify requirements, gather feedback, and deliver solutions that drive business value. Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials for platform users to ensure effective adoption and utilization across the organization. OKRs & Data Analysis: Define and track objectives and key results (OKRs).
Analyse data to make informed product decisions and drive continuous improvement. About you and your skills Proven experience in managing MarTech platforms, including Marketing Automation and CDP.
E.g.
Adobe CDP, Hightouch, Amperity, Responsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze Strong understanding of modern data warehouses, API integration, streaming data, and microservices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Experience developing product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on business value and customer impact. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and gather requirements from diverse stakeholders. Skilled in developing documentation and training materials for technology platforms. Analytical mindset with the ability to define and track OKRs and make data-driven decisions.
