The role is suited to an experienced Product Manager who will provide support to the Industrial Division on range and customer management.
About The Role…
We are currently seeking a Product Manager who is autonomous, confident and self-motivated to be based in our Moorabbin Airport office.
The Product Manager reports to the Head of Global Category Manager and has the overall responsibility for enacting range strategies for our product range.
The key responsibilities will include: Investigate, select and manage product development, while monitoring trends that indicate the need for new products.Plan, direct and co-ordinate marketing policies and programs and determine the demand for products offered by EHI and its competitors.Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing EHI's profits and market share, while ensuring customer satisfaction.Manage in-life product performance: sales, margin and churn, conducting extensive numerical analysis using company data.Conduct regular range reviews including competitor price comparisons, product viability analysis and potential product range extensions.Manage sell prices and contract pricing.Other ad-hoc projects.About You…
This role requires an energetic and focused individual, with excellent time management skills who can work to strict deadlines.
You will also be proactive in your approach, have an eye for detail and be able to build relationships at all levels.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the below: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.2-5 years experience in a similar role.An understanding of the full NPD process.The ability to work autonomously, be a self-starter, but also be part of a tight-knit team.Ability to analyse ranges and make proposals for changes.Communicate effectively at all levels.Experience in castors, materials handling, PPE or safety markets is beneficial but not essential.All applicants will be required to demonstrate their experience through a portfolio of their work during the initial interview.
