As the Product Manager, you will play a key role partnering with brand and account managers to project manage cross functional teams to deliver innovation & renovation projects from conception to launch. You will drive initiatives that contribute to the continuous growth and success of our brands. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Innovation, you will execute our two stage Innovation process, utilizing Stage-and-Gate to ensure efficiency and effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage NPD initiatives, playing the lead role in managing the cross functional project team across multiple sites, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.Build and maintain timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed and milestones are achieved on time and to budget, whilst raising risks to the commercial leadership team.Running weekly project meetings to review project timelines with key internal stakeholders and launch meetings to ensure the team is aware of upcoming launches.About You Have Degree Qualification in Marketing/R&D4+ years of within relevant experienceProven experience in project management and/or innovation initiatives with a strong grasp of consumer behaviour & innovation processExceptional communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical audiencesMust be able to influence others without direct authorityComfortable navigating conflicting priorities and uncertaintyExcellent time management and problem-solving skillsProblem solver, flexible, able to adapt to new ways of workingApproachable and strong listening skillsMust have an entrepreneurial mindset, challenging the status quo and exploring the "what if's"How to Apply If you are interested in this position, please apply online with a copy of your Resume and Cover Letter detailing your relevant experience and why you believe you are a strong fit, and how your skills align with the job responsibilities by close of business Friday, 5 July 2024.
