Responsibilities Use key project Management skills to influence and deliver through others to ensure product changes and launches are delivered on time Analyse competitive position in the market by regular sales team and customer engagement to understand gaps and opportunities Manage and optimise product portfolio across each market to deliver a competitive advantage in market Ensure the profitability of the portfolio through performance, product mix, cost of goods and pricing Skills & Experience Requires degree in marketing or business equivalent Product Management experience in a physical consumer goods environment. Exposure to both B2B and B2C marketing would be an advantage. Excellent communication and influencing skills along with relationship building Exposure to stage gate NPD processes highly valued Strong MS Office skills Why DuluxGroup?
