This is a new and exciting opportunity to manage a broad range of product initiatives across Warakirri's suite of investment products.We offer hybrid working arrangements.Job DescriptionAbout your new jobIn this role, you will be responsible for both ongoing product management of existing funds and the development and implementation of new products. You will work closely with the business to ensure product competitiveness, contribute to the product design process, and make recommendations around pricing and product features.Key responsibilities include:Support the organisation's product landscape, focusing on the implementation and enhancement of the product management framework.Support the development and execution of product strategies that align with the business's objectives and market needs.Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including product disclosure statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, compliance, distribution and portfolio management teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing management.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product development and enhancements.QualificationsAbout youA Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, or a related field.Around 5 years of experience in product management within financial services, ideally with some of that in asset management.An understanding of the regulatory environment for retail and wholesale investment products.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate across multiple teams.Strong attention to detail and a strategic mindset.You can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney.
