What role will you play?In this role you will be responsible for setting and delivering the team vision and roadmap, focused on self-service and innovation. You will work closely with our Brokers, sales team and other internal stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities for new capabilities, and deliver them to market.
What you offerExperience in product management, including ability to craft ambitious vision, determine relevant strategy and prioritise a roadmap to achieve it.Strong understanding of experience design, including ability to work closely with users to gather input and test designs.Excellent ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives.Proven track record of taking ownership of team performance, mentoring junior talent and collaborating across functional areas.Strong verbal and written communication skills to both team, peers and executives.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
