What role will you play?In this role, you will be responsible for setting and delivering the team vision and roadmap, focused on self-service and innovation. You will work closely with our Brokers, sales team, and other internal stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities for new capabilities, and deliver them to market.
What you offerExperience in product management, including the ability to craft an ambitious vision, determine relevant strategy, and prioritize a roadmap to achieve it.Strong understanding of experience design, including the ability to work closely with users to gather input and test designs.Excellent ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives.Proven track record of taking ownership of team performance, mentoring junior talent, and collaborating across functional areas.Strong verbal and written communication skills to both team, peers, and executives.About Banking and Financial ServicesBanking and Financial Services is our technology-driven retail bank.
