You'll play a key role in delivering value to our customers, actively participating in product strategy, research, and design with our Head of Product, through to leading the delivery of our roadmap with our teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing the delivery of quarterly roadmaps including sprint planning and sequencing, in concert with engineering leads. Propose and manage go-to-market support for upcoming product features. Owning the product requirements documents for significant initiatives and translating this into detailed specifications for the engineering team. Conducting post-mortem reviews of product launches to assess their performance and determine next steps. Quantitative and qualitative product data research and analysis to investigate growth opportunities across our core KPIs. Your skills include:
A T-shaped product manager with core competencies in a handful of areas but also with baseline skills across a multitude of product disciplines. Enjoys taking opinionated stances on product strategy and opportunities to deliver more customer value. Loves craftmanship in product design, but able to be pragmatic in development to balance resource trade-offs. Writes exceptionally well, from creating specifications to product copy. Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders across teams, managing competing priorities and sharing product work. Desires to continuously test and learn. Highly curious towards finding and delivering data-informed learnings and takeaways from both qual and quant sources. Seeks to get the best out of the wider team through refining team scope, support, and encouragement. 3-5 years product or similar experience. Other skills that would be favorable but are not essential:
Technical skills (any coding languages or infra experience) Basic proficiency in modern design tools (Figma) Proficiency in workflow tools (Atlassian product suite) Trading/investment experience with crypto or other assets.
