Your New Role As a Product Manger , you'll be at the forefront of product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape and deliver cutting-edge smart home technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
Leadership and Strategy: Lead the product team, setting clear objectives and strategies to align with the company's goals. Be an advocate for innovation within the team. Defining and prioritizing product features : Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear product requirements. Roadmap development : Create and maintain a strategic product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals. User stories and backlog management : Craft detailed user stories, manage the product backlog, and prioritise features based on customer impact and business value. Collaboration : Collaborate with development teams, designers, and QA to ensure successful product delivery. Market research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Need to Succeed To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Experience : Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, ideally within the smart home technology or HVAC sector. Strong communication skills : Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Analytical mindset : Comfortable working with data, analysing user behaviour, and making data-driven decisions. Agile expertise : Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a passion for iterative development. Stakeholder management : Skill in managing relationships with stakeholders, including executives, developers, and end-users.
