Product Management & Development (Information & Communication Technology) Full time ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions is a joint venture between ANZ Banking Group and Europe's leading payment technology company, Worldline.
We launched in Australia in early 2022, providing in-store and ecommerce payment solutions to around 60,000 Australian businesses.
Since then we've built a new modern technology platform to enable an exciting roadmap of products and solutions that we'll launch in Australia throughout 2023 and beyond.

The Opportunity: At Worldline, connecting and securing transactions is what we do every single day.
Covering the entire payment value chain, our technological guides build and operate digital platforms that handle millions of highly critical transactions between a company, its partners, and its customers.
We are now seeking a Product Manager who will be responsible for developing and successfully carrying out best-in-class customer engagement offerings for our Issuing and Acquiring clients in their quest to engage their customers with every electronic transaction made through their e-commerce payment products.
About the team: Our team of product managers works across a range of products including payment terminals, merchant payment service providers and white label gateways.
Managing the product from end to endApplying research, customer and internal partner feedback and industry trends to understand product requirements with a customer lens.
Identifying new opportunities to define a product roadmap.Developing, leading and publishing the product roadmap building the unique selling points (USPs).Supporting the product development lifecycle by defining development requirements; own the design process and deliverables.Communicating and coordinating with vital team members across the organization to share priorities, roadmap, and key insights.Defining success criteria & metrics of new products.Building the product commercialization model substantiating this with a financial business model.Signs of Success You will have a real passion for building extraordinary products that drive customer engagements.You are expected to develop and complete a product roadmap and vision on customer engagement and product experiences that can help our clients to deliver a high-level product experience.You are a self-starter that will deliver against product and business goals.You will work with the product development teams and vital team members to define and plan the next generation product offering.You will be called on as a subject matter authority (SME) for Customer Engagements by the Sales and Presales teams.Skills we can't do without: Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent field5+ years' experience in product managementHandles multiple assignments at a time and/or significant project.Requires limited supervisory oversight; self-starter.Able to take general requirements and develop execution plan.Strong communicator with good analytical and interpersonal skills.Fluent in spoken and written English.Results Orientated, Ability to Problem Tackle, Business Maturity, Values Differences and Diverse OpinionsKnowledge of the card payments industry preferredAt Worldline we work in a flexible environment that empowers you to learn, grow and accelerate your career.
