The Opportunity
As a Product Manager within OneDigital, you will be responsible for driving the execution of the product roadmap and managing the product lifecycle to deliver brilliant experiences for our customers. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will align expectations and lead key workstreams to bring products to life from inception through to launch, optimising in-market products and experiences to deliver value for OnePass and our retail brands.
What you'll be doing
Understanding and advocating for the customer, in collaborating with Insights and Analytics teams to understand customer pain points and opportunities.
Collaborating with internal and division stakeholders to understand opportunities, requirements, and metrics.
Working closely with the Product and Customer Experience team to define problems, validate customer experiences, and refine designs.
Evaluating possible solutions with Architecture and Engineering teams to determine paths to market.
Leading cross-functional workstreams from setting context, to defining MVPs, aligning on success, and tracking and reporting on performance.
Managing the identification, mitigation, and reporting of risks to ensure effective and efficient delivery of high-quality experiences.
Developing yourself by participating in development activities, maintaining an understanding of relevant standards, technologies, and best-in-class experiences.
What you'll bring to the table
Experience leading delivery teams in an agile development environment, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Experience creating a supportive and honest team environment in which team members feel comfortable and are self-motivated.
Demonstrated success defining, launching, and optimising products.
Analytical, driven, and proactive with superior people skills and the ability to see the bigger picture.
Strong written and spoken communication skills at all levels and ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Be comfortable with data and commercials, with the ability to derive insights about how products/features perform.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to build rapport and create great working relationships.
Sound judgement and decision-making, including an ability to prioritise work using data and insight.
