The Opportunity As a Product Manager within OneDigital, you will be responsible for driving the execution of the product roadmap and managing the product lifecycle to deliver brilliant experiences for our customers. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will align expectations and lead key workstreams to bring products to life from inception through to launch, optimising in-market products and experiences to deliver value for OnePass and our retail brands.
What you'll be doing Understanding and advocating for the customer, in collaborating with Insights and Analytics teams to understand customer pain points and opportunitiesCollaborating with internal and division stakeholders to understand opportunities, requirements and metricsWorking closely with the Product and Customer Experience team to define problems, validate customer experiences and refine designsEvaluating possible solutions with Architecture and Engineering teams to determine paths to marketLeading cross-functional workstreams from setting context, to defining MVPs, aligning on success, and tracking and reporting on performanceManaging the identification, mitigation and reporting of risks to ensure effective and efficient delivery of high-quality experiencesDeveloping yourself by participating in development activities, maintaining an understanding of relevant standards, technologies, and best-in-class experiencesWhat you'll bring to the table Experience leading delivery teams in an agile development environment, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing prioritiesExperience creating a supportive and honest team environment in which team members feel comfortable and are self-motivatedDemonstrated success defining, launching and optimising productsAnalytical, driven, and proactive with superior people skills and the ability to see the bigger pictureStrong written and spoken communication skills at all levels and ability to communicate clearly and conciselyBe comfortable with data and commercials, with the ability to derive insights about how products/features performExcellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to build rapport and create great working relationshipsSound judgement and decision-making, including an ability to prioritise work using data and insightWhy OneDigital?
