Key Responsibilities: Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to develop and execute product strategies. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement. Define product specifications and requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and adherence to industry standards. Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features based on market demand and business objectives. Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team, helping to communicate product benefits and technical details to clients. Monitor product performance and customer feedback, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Marketing with a strong understanding of the technical engineering aspects. Proven experience in product management, with a strong technical understanding of lighting products or similar technologies. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Passion for lighting and a commitment to driving innovation in the industry.
