Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the development of innovative solutions that empower B2B sales teams.
As a Product Manager at MEDDICC, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy, managing feature development, and ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced startup environment. Core Responsibilities: Independently manage feature development and contribute to overall product strategy Conduct comprehensive user research and data analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities Define clear product requirements and user stories Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams throughout the development process Create and maintain product roadmaps for assigned areas Track and analyze key product metrics to measure success and drive improvements Effectively communicate product vision and roadmap to stakeholders Own and manage your designated area of the roadmap Additional Opportunities: Help shape and define long-term product vision and strategy Lead product discovery and ideation workshops Manage cross-functional relationships with engineering, marketing, and sales teams Oversee product partnerships and integrations Conduct market research and competitive analysis Own and prioritize the product backlog Required Experience: Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Data-driven decision-making mindset Technical knowledge to effectively communicate with engineers and make informed decisions about product feasibility Have a customer-centric mindset Desired Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field Experience with agile development methodologies Knowledge of GitLab and/or other Project Management tools to track progress and allocate resources Experience of collaborating and understanding the basics of Figma If you are passionate about building innovative software products, have a customer-centric mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, we would love to hear from you.
