About the Role
Reporting to the Transformation Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery and lifecycle of store-front innovation products within your portfolio. Through the development and execution of multiple product roadmaps you will drive a product strategy that aligns to the overall operations transformation strategy.
You will also:
Be the key point of contact for all product queries and take the lead on communication and engagement initiativesTake accountability for all commercial metrics associated with product roadmapUndergo continuous improvement projects to drive optimisation for current and future projectsCreate, manage, and circulate detailed project reportingLead and develop a team of Project Leads and CoordinatorsAbout you and your skills
You will have:
Previous experience in a Product Management role ideally within a large complex businessPrior experience working within the retail sector, particularly in roles involving store operations or customer-facing products, is highly desirableStrong commercial understanding and exposure to managing large budgetsExperience with data analytics tools and methodologies to drive product decisions and optimizationsWhat's in it for you?
