ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a passionate and driven Product Manager with strong Business Analysis skills to join our Digital, Marketing, Comms & Customer Experience department. This role is critical in driving forward Australian Cricket's strategy, focusing on delivering brilliant digital experiences for fans and participants across Australia and around the world.
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager – Fan Experiences, you'll be responsible for supporting and managing the ongoing development of features across our fan facing websites and apps. Additionally you will be supporting our Big Bash Clubs and States & Territories in the ongoing development and operation of their websites.

Key responsibilities: - Work closely with our Big Bash Clubs and States & Territories to help develop and maintain their fan facing websites.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and work with our vendors, states & territories and internal teams to develop and groom product roadmaps.
- Working with our Product and UX team to define user stories and acceptance criteria for features developed across our fan facing products
- Represent platform features, enhancements & changes into CA's product & technology delivery teams
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with platform vendors and keep up to date on their platform roadmap and planned features or capability that will impact Cricket users and internal stakeholders.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Min 3 years' experience in Product Management or Business Analysis
- Relevant tertiary qualifications: Information Technology, Product Management, Business Analysis
- Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset to foresee and address potential challenges.
- Experience with vendor management, product management, Agile software development practices and systems
- Comfortable with presenting to large audiences and collaborating with executive leadership
- Strong stakeholder relationships and comfortable having courageous conversations
- Desirable but not essential to have a deep understanding of Cricket
