It is our role to drive sustainable growth of everyday transaction account products by delivering exceptional experiences for customers.See yourself in the teamReporting to the Everyday Products Chapter Lead, this Product Manager will play a key role in the Everyday Products squad supporting the day-to-day management of CommBank's everyday transaction account products. This includes maintaining, simplifying, and enhancing our products. As a member of the squad, you will support the Product Owner in executing initiatives to deliver against our business priorities, including delighting our customers with brilliant experiences and ensuring changes are safely executed.More specifically, you will:Be responsible for end-to-end product management of transaction account productsMake recommendations and execute on product initiatives that drive Net Promoter Score (NPS) outcomes and sustainable growth of everyday transaction account products, working hand-in-hand with the delivery team and navigating governance frameworks to do soIdentify opportunities to simplify products and improve processesProactively identify, understand, and manage risks across the business, including performance of controls to ensure our products are operating as designed, including fee and interest accuracyProactively identify opportunities to uplift our Standard Operating ProceduresMonitor the external environment, including competitors, economic trends, technology changes, and regulatory changesSupport the Product Owner in delivery of strategic items on the product roadmap and other BAU activitiesWe want to hear from you if you have:Previous product management experience, preferably in retail bankingCustomer obsession at your coreStrong communication, stakeholder, and influencing skillsKeen ability to interpret insights from data and make data-driven decisionsAdvanced ability to drive outcomes and execute on a roadmap of initiativesStrong problem-solving capabilities, with high proficiency in balancing strategic objectives, risk, customer, and business outcomesA growth mindset and high learning agilityRisk mindset – all CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss, and act on current and future risksTertiary qualification in a business or related field preferredIf this sounds like the role for you then we would love to hear from you.
