Our Digital Workspace Experience (DWE) team at ResMed is dedicated to developing, supporting, and enhancing a comprehensive suite of endpoint, document management, unified communication, and identity management tools that directly impact over 8000 ResMedians worldwide on a daily basis. We are a proactive and innovative team committed to optimizing systems, applications, and infrastructure to deliver productivity solutions. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a global team in managing and enhancing our document management portfolio. These systems include but are not limited to Objective, Confluence, and SharePoint products. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to build and execute on the DMS roadmap ensuring scalability, enhancements, and operational effectiveness of the systems.
This role requires a strong background in technical document management systems, a strategic mindset, and the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams. We value performance, simplicity, and scalability in design, and this role will ensure user experience and security are built into the platforms.
Let's Talk Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the technical roadmap for DMS's such as Objective, SharePoint, and Atlassian products, aligning business needs with technical enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features, enhancements, and technical requirements.
Lead the technical planning and execution of product development, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.
Formalize and drive a strategy surrounding unstructured data sets and document lifecycle management.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies related to document management systems to drive innovation and competitiveness.
Prioritize initiatives, and communicate progress and updates, building with future state in mind and ease of use for all business functions.
Provide technical guidance and expertise to the development teams to ensure successful implementation of product enhancements.
Work with adoption and transformation team to understand impact, feedback, and adoption material needed.
Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the document management systems, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for product improvement.
Lead and mentor a global team of technical experts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Let's Talk Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
5+ years progressive experience as a business or system analyst, designing software applications solutions, gathering and documenting requirements, writing use cases, analyzing processes, producing quality work products and detailing specifications for both business and technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to lead global teams and drive product development from a technical perspective, with a user's hat on.
Experience in being in front of the business and participating in user-facing initiatives.
Sense of urgency with a positive can-do mindset.
Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to document management.
Experience understanding risk management standards, ISO requirements, Data Privacy Standard (GDPR) and supporting audit functions when needed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience with agile methodologies and project mindset that does not mind working in the grey.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
