Bring your experience as Portfolio Manager with preferably Deposits product experience Drive world class, simple and intuitive experiences for customers and colleagues You'll join a high-performing business, backing talented individuals As a Product Manager, Deposits Portfolio Management, in Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB), you will:
Drive and support key priorities through a deep understanding of the deposits portfolio and its associated levers. Maintain and improve reporting and insights that feed into key forums and decision making across the business. Develop rich insights, recommendations and initiatives to shape the portfolio to achieve stronger customer, business, treasury and enterprise outcomes. Work with key groups of stakeholders (e.g.
data and analytics, Treasury, product, pricing, Transaction Banking specialist teams) to deliver actions / initiatives. Understand the external landscape (including Regulatory changes) that could influence the portfolio and its performance.
Where appropriate, formulate actions in response. Play a leadership role in the CIB Deposits team, collaborating with Product Management and Liquidity Management colleagues. What you will bring: Demonstrated experience working in a similar role preferably managing a Deposits portfolio within Financial Services. Proven understanding of business levers and key drivers to shape a portfolio and drive outcomes. Experience developing, articulating, and implementing strategic initiatives and programs of work that achieve outcomes. Strong ability to distil insights and actions required from data and able to synthesise data and communicate findings in a meaningful way. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance multiple priorities whilst delivering outcomes. Ability to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships.
