Cottage Cheese Farm Pty Ltd, a leader in producing high-quality Mediterranean cheeses and yoghurts, is seeking a dedicated Production Manager (Manufacturing) to ensure smooth operations, quality control, and continuous improvement in our production facility.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with quality policies, objectives, and procedures, and maintain quality system records.
Manage production schedules, monitor stock levels, and prepare the Production Plan in collaboration with the General Manager and Cheese Maker.
Oversee product testing schedules, corrective actions, and HACCP record maintenance.
Coordinate plant maintenance and repairs, and ensure all equipment is operated safely and hygienically.
Ensure proper hygiene standards for all personnel and enforce the cleaning and sanitation program.
Maintain traceability and control of materials and finished products, including implementing Hold and Release procedures.
Prepare rosters in consultation with the General Manager and support cheese-making operations as required.
Work with the QA Team to ensure compliance with the QA manual and collaborate with the Operations Manager to drive production improvements.
Supervise packing room operations.
Qualifications and Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the food industry.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, HACCP, quality control, and production planning.
Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and operational excellence.
