Your role as Product Manager – Security Offerings is the key role in leading the prioritisation, development and launch of new solution offerings, ensuring their completeness and profitable success across the sales and delivery lifecycle.
You will also be responsible for shaping, presenting and maintaining the products and services catalogue and roadmap for Infotrust Go To Market solutions and services, working with many stakeholders across our business, our clients and our partners.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, assist & lead multiple virtual team(s) deliver the value proposition & differentiators for new servicesMarket research to validate & guide roadmap priorities & investment in new solutionsBe the Product Owner for multiple, selected OfferingsGuide, support & oversight other Product Owners for support across development workstreamsEnsure consistency, standardisation & commercial viability of new solutions developedRespond to offering & Product enquiries, guidance & supportAssist with identifying new business development opportunities for offeringsVendor / Partner liaison & guidance in respect of Infotrust solutionsFacilitate & capture new solution requests & lead the Ideation & Validation phases for key stakeholdersQuarterly Reporting on service catalogue performance, new offerings status, lessons learnt & actioned, demand themes & roadmap presentations to multiple stakeholdersContributor to supplier & commercial change programs in respect of the services catalogueContinuous review of Offering Development learnings & update the FrameworkMaintenance & updating for Offering representation on Hub(s) & CRMOwn & maintain the Solution Offerings Framework, process & documents for the Services CatalogueWho you will work and collaborate with:Marketing team(s)Group & Infotrust Offering Development team leads & core assignmentsPartner Management teamDevelopment & AnalyticsOnshore / offshore / virtual teamsService delivery teams and leadersMinimum Requirements5+ years of cyber security industry experience including practitioner roles, working in or with managed security services, sales, presales, consulting & engineering teamsExperience and strong knowledge of both current generation & emerging technologies for cyber & non-cyber inclusive of identity, data security, infrastructure, cloud, SaaS, hybrid IT & applications2+ years of product management experience in technology & services providerAccreditations or training in SAFE Agile methods and toolsExperience with scoping, effort estimation and deal sizingDemonstrated ability to produce high-quality documentation in multiple formats & presentation channelsStrong analytical, problem-solving skills; excellent writing, presentation & communication skillsAbility & confidence in communicating with all stakeholder profiles from executive to technical expertsAbility to inspire, guide & deliver timely outcomes & quality deliverables from leveraged teams and subject matter expertsDemonstrate independence, initiative & be a collaborative team playerMeet tight deadlines & prioritise your work schedule to achieve thisEnsure structure, consistency and predictability of solutions & services developed, while working in agile, fast paced environmentsLateral thinking & continuous improvement mindsetCyber security accreditations including but not restricted to CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CISM, CCSP desirableProven track record building strong relationships with customers, key business leaders & stakeholdersAlign and embody our core business value #J-18808-Ljbffr
