We are looking for a Product Manager (12- Month Maternity Leave Cover) to join our growing Data and Business Intelligence team to continue to build our future data capabilities.

We are looking for a Product Manager (12- Month Maternity Leave Cover) to join our growing Data and Business Intelligence team to continue to build our future data capabilities.
About the RoleAs a Product Manager in the Data and Business Intelligence team, you'll lead strategic data projects for our Digital function. You'll manage end-to-end delivery of these projects, prioritize key data initiatives, and empower our teams to leverage our new cloud platforms effectively. You'll be joining a team of data experts and work cross functionally with Digital Product, Engineering, Data Platforms and Analytics teams to deliver new use cases.
You willLiaise across teams to manage complex cross functional projectsPerforms ongoing data analysis during project lifecycleManage the prioritisation process of key data initiatives and portfolio communicationOversee quality and reliability of data productsConducts UAT reviews and facilitates UAT with Product SquadsDevelops basic Power BI Dashboards with support from Data Engineers and AnalystsProvides training and documentation for delivered productsYou havePrevious working experience as a Product Manager for 5+ yearsAbility to clearly communicate, both written and oral with an attention to detailExperience with Microsoft Office products, JIRA, ConfluenceStrong analytical skills with a desire to understand user behaviour and success metrics.Proven ability to influence stakeholdersSolid understanding of product development and product lifecycle managementHighly analytical with a creative problem-solving approachStrong communication skills with ability to present compelling data narratives.Take your next step into something bigger, apply nowWith us it's not about the discounts (although you do get those), it's about joining a team where your wellbeing and professional development is our investment and celebrating your contributions is the norm.
