About you: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Enablement Manager to join our People and Payroll Product Management team.
In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our Product & Engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring the business is equipped to successfully support, implement, and sell new product capabilities.
Your work will directly contribute to driving adoption, optimizing implementation processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Day-to-day, you will be focused on:
Cross-functional enablement: Partnering with all internal stakeholders to understand enablement needs related to new products.
Developing & maintaining an understanding of business processes, tools and challenges – tailoring enablement strategies.Enablement strategy and execution: Designing & implementing enablement programmes, including training, resources and tools to support product launches and updates, whilst collaborating with Product Managers to translate technical product details into practical, user-friendly materials.Stakeholder management: Serving as the primary liaison between Product and Engineering and other business units to align enablement initiatives with broader company goals and actively gathering feedback from stakeholders to improve enablement efforts and identify potential gaps in product adoption.Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitoring and measuring programmes using qualitative and quantitative metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership to optimize future enablement efforts.Your skills and experiences might also include:
Ideally 5+ years in enablement, product management, program management or a related role, preferably in SaaS or HR/Payroll technology – with proven experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field.
Certification in product management, enablement or project management would be an advantage.Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously along with an ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.An ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable information, measuring program success and identifying areas for improvement.Familiarity with HR and Payroll systems is highly desirable, along with knowledge of relevant tools and platforms, and an understanding of product development lifecycle and go-to-market strategies.What are we all about?
