Make a difference with us today.Position OverviewAs the Product Manager of one of our fragrances brands, you will build product campaigns from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contacts with customers and suppliers, and prospects. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality for each of the brands in your portfolio. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems and find innovative solutions for the broader market.You will be fully responsible for driving all marketing planning and all communications, activations of the brand within Australia to build brand awareness. To succeed in this role, the successful candidate must be a marketing professional with a strong understanding of consumer marketing, PR &, communications, within the media landscape across Australia, with a high sensitivity to beauty - particularly within the pharmacy channel.A highly personable personality is key for the success to be the bridge of the brand with the press and external and internal stakeholders. Understanding of the intersection between PR and social media within the digital landscape is key, along with understand retail activations & managing an A&P to optimise brand performance.Your core responsibilities will include:1. Channel & Retail MarketingBe the key marketing liaison - Develop and implement a go-to-market channel marketing plan including promotion, animation partnerships and consumer activations.Always ensures timely and perfect execution of all marketing activations offline and online.Analyse potential partner relationships for product range, positioning strategy, pricing, and promotions.Communicate effectively with all channel partners to align, plan, and execute all product and trade marketing objectives, plans and activations before, during and post animation.Deepen channel customer development through CRM program activations.Responsible for the seamless execution of all product launches and trade marketing activities following the Marketing Calendar in collaboration with sales, training, and visual merchandising team, with the aim to build brand awareness, recruit new customers and increase purchase consumption.Business and channel sales performance tracking and analysis launch follow-up and action plan development.Implement door-by-door plan for events and promotions, focusing efforts on key doors.Responsible for budget management for the channel marketing.2. Product ManagementConsolidate and update marketing team of post campaign reports and provide sales results and analysis monitor. Report all ROI of all programs for management reporting and feedback.Responsible for all forecasting and sampling management for product launches and trade and retailer activities for new line product.Development and management of all product functions including product packaging, promotional sets.Management and tracking flow of product registration to ensure timely registration.Conduct market trend analysis, monitor competitors' moves and plan proactive actionsBe responsible for communication with principles and clients to meet the requirement and maintain positive business relationships.To be a successful applicant, you will have:A Bachelor's degree preferably in the area of Marketing, or other business disciplineAt least four (4) years of experience working, in which two (2) years have been in brand management or a product marketing function and have previously overseen/ managed more than two (2) brands, preferably in the pharmacy channel/category.Prior experience in the skin care, cosmetics and/or the fragrance business will be an added advantage.Analytical, numerically strong, meticulous, and organized with a flair /passion for beauty or luxury productsA team player that thrives in a fast-paced competitive business environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
