The Everyday Banking (EDB) Acquisition squad is responsible for driving new transaction, savings accounts and Travel Money card loads, in key customer segments to build MFI. Collaborating with Marketing, Digital & CDAO to deliver remarkable new product and customer experiences.

Do work that matters You will report to the Chapter Lead, Acquisition. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in delivering on our EDB Acquisition Strategy. This includes managing and executing our key initiatives for personal transaction, savings and FX products to drive EDB portfolio growth. You will work closely with our business partners in Finance, Marketing and Segments, Digital and other squads within the EDB Domain.
To be successful, you will be confident in managing and influencing your stakeholders at pace to keep your initiatives progressing. You are confident in managing multiple priorities and worked in agile ways of working across squads to drive clear outcomes.

Specifically, you will: Develop and execute key acquisition initiatives for personal transaction, savings and FX products to drive EDB portfolio growth.Support technical teams to provide business requirements, design best practice customer journeys and manage change & impacts for EDB product originations uplifts.Support teams across RBS to deliver Everyday Banking outcomes on strategic change.Forecast sales performance and potential impacts by leveraging market insights across the competitor landscape, upcoming government/regulatory changes and the broader financial industry environment.Monitor/analyse acquisition and onboarding trends with the use of internal and external data sources to support BAU reporting & insights for senior stakeholders.Use your strong commercial acumen to effectively size the benefits and impacts of your recommended product and acquisition enhancements to drive growth.Participate in the quarterly business planning cycles, working with your squad to prioritise the backlog and accurately manage delivery expectations.Be the subject matter expert on the customer experience to acquire and onboard personal transaction, savings and FX accounts across all channels.Support business verification testing activities.Contribute to assessment of dependencies and associated risk and compliance implications of requirements and solutions.Manage operational risk incidents and issues relating to acquisition, uplifting and implementing controls where required. We're interested in hearing from people who have: Previous experience in product management, especially within financial services.Experience in delivering multiple initiatives, projects or change management.Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment preferred.Strong analytical and analytical mindset.Proven stakeholder engagement skills.Knowledge of operations and compliance risk management or frameworks.Strong planning and time management skills with the ability to deal with competing priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication.Risk Mindset: All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks.
