Conflux Technology specialises in the use of metal Additive Manufacturing (AM) to achieve significant improvements in heat exchange applications. Our revolutionary heat exchange technology transforms product and system performance across space, next gen aviation, defence, automotive and industrial industries. Conflux Technology is entering an exciting growth phase and has an opportunity for a Product Lead to spearhead improvements to our product-market fit. About the RoleReporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role will be responsible for understanding our target markets, maturing the Conflux product strategy and working with engineers to implement it. The position will work cross-functionally to ensure products meet market needs and organisational goals, driving product strategy, roadmap, and feature definition.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks Define and communicate product vision and strategy to all stakeholders.Research, document and communicate markets' technical requirements, competitive landscape, constraints and regulations.Identify and articulate how our technology and products will add value in new markets and translate our strengths into market-specific language.Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation to guide products from conception to launch.Work with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and support product sales.Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needs to inform product development.Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements.Prepare and present reports on product progress and roadmap to leadership teams.This is a Full Time position with remuneration commensurate with your qualifications, skills and experience. Some work outside of standard hours will be required on occasions due to the nature of additive manufacturing.
About YouConflux Technology is seeking an experienced candidate who possesses the tenacity to implement a ground-up product management capability.
You will have a proven track record in product development and are excited about deeply understanding and explaining new markets and discovering how we can generate value within them.
You will be highly organised and have experience owning an engineering product through its inception and development. You will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Key Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in relevant field; advanced degree preferred.5+ years' experience in a product management or related role.Knowledge of thermal technologies or additive manufacturing will be highly regarded.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional written communication, comfortable creating customer facing and internal artefacts.Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Understanding of financial modelling and product profitability analysis.LocationConflux Technology is situated in Waurn Ponds, Geelong with a satellite office in Collingwood, Melbourne. Conflux operates on a 38-hour week Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish times. Due to the nature of our international business, some work outside standard hours will be required.
