Job Description About the role: The objective of this position is to be the local technical expert and follow up on TOMRA's reverse vending products.
You will be required to interface with our partners, customers, Technicians and system users.
This role will act as the conduit between TOMRA Collection Australia (TCA) and TOMRA's global head office in Norway.
What you'll be doing: Build a comprehensive understanding of TOMRA's product portfolio Analyse data gathered from, report and follow up on installed machines according to SLA's Suggest, develop, test and implement performance improving actions Act as the escalation point for technical queries or requests regarding TOMRA's various RVM's and resolve technical issues that may arise Perform software and hardware testing Create and maintain training material and product documentation Deliver training to Technicians, other Field Teams and Service Centre Operators Develop market-specific solutions for equipment/RVMs Lead projects for TCA Support machine installation and deployment processes Implement performance improving actions across TCA's RVM portfolio Qualifications To be a successful Product Expert you will have: Engineering Degree majoring in Mechatronic, Mechanical or Electrical preferred Strong data analysis capabilities Strong ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders Solution and result driven Ability to learn and adapt new concepts Previous hands-on or field experience is preferred Proven experience developing products or system improvements Additional Information Does this sound like you?!
