Your Role
Joining our Intermediated Insurance Australia (IIA) Product, Pricing & Governance team, you'll drive product enhancements across our Liability, Professional Lines, ISR and Construction & Engineering products as a Product Development Specialist.
You'll design and develop solutions that improve customer experience, refine risk selection, improve sales opportunities and protect our brand reputation.
Your role influences and provides direction on the strategy and vision of individual products and entire product classes for IIA.
You'll be joining a team of highly proficient subject matter experts with opportunities for professional development, exposure to multiple product lines, and engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
This is a permanent role, and we welcome applicants everywhere in Australia.
About You
Extensive experience in complex, large-scale insurer or financial services organisations, preferably in Liability, Professional Lines, ISR or Construction and Engineering.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Understanding of underwriting and assurance principles.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Highly adaptable and collaborative team player who can also work autonomously.
Good organizational skills with an eye for detail and can plan, prioritise and adapt in a busy and thriving environment.
