Day-to-day, you will: Deliver end-to-end product design, with an emphasis on web-based platforms.Design elegant, functional user interfaces and work on the UX of key featureslike rewards and redemption.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs and userinsights into impactful design solutions.Participate in user research and testing to validate design decisionsContribute to an evolving design culture within the team, helping shape ourdesign processes and frameworks.Support the product's overall vision while being flexible enough to tackle tasks outside of your core role when necessary.What we need from you: 3 years+ of experience in user-centred design craft: UI Design Product Design, Web Designan up-to-date portfolio showcasing your skillsStrong craft design skills founded in strong visual communicationA track record of executing UI design that elevates the interaction between the user and the brandUnderstands the impact of screen design on users, identifies opportunities to improve on-screen interaction, and rationalises design decisions based on evidenceExperience with visual and interaction design tools (Figma)If this peaks your interest, please apply!
