Today, property.com.au is Australia's 3rd largest property site and allows buyers and sellers to research 10 million+ properties, regardless of whether they're currently advertised for sale. Navigating the property market is complex and can be overwhelming, there are many opportunities to improve the buying and selling journey for Australians.
Day to day you'll be working with a multifunctional team across product, engineering, analytics marketing and consumer experience. You'll be working with a collaborative environment to align around our consumer and team objectives, advocating for innovative ideas, processes and features that deliver on our strategy.
What the role is all about Understanding user needs and opportunities to bring features to life that find product fit, growing our business and delighting our consumers.Leveraging your skills in design & user experience to contribute to the vision for property.com.au, utilising our design system and design principles.Collaborating with our REAx development team to design and deliver features to market, monitoring their performance and iterating on them.Extending, refining and expanding the property.com.au design system (PropUI) to make property data, experiences and insights compelling and easy to consume.Helping to design and conduct user testing sessions – both quantitative and qualitative.Who we're looking for Minimum 2-3 years' experience designing useful products using industry standard tools (experience with Figma is required) and best practice processesA background in, training or experience in UX is idealAbility to successfully collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders including technical and non-technicalLooks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lensWorks productively in a fast paced and agile environment, looking to create impactIs highly curious and has demonstrated a passion for creating compelling digital productsIs highly ideas and outcome oriented; able to identify, articulate, and manage to a set of clear prioritisation and constraint criteriaSomeone who thinks big, contributes ideas and brings their full self to a high-performance environmentAn avid contributor to our inclusive culture – we celebrate different perspectives and all play an active role in creating a sense of belongingThe REA experience The physical, mental, emotional and financial health of our people is something we'll never stop caring about.
