Move their work forward without context switching and provide real-time visibility across projects and teams, keeping everyone on the same page. We're looking for a Product Designer to help create exceptional experiences that transform the workflows of global teams across our entire product suite. You will play a fundamental role in the conception and development of new features crucial for our products to work together.
Responsibilities:
Empower millions of users worldwide by shaping end-to-end linking experiences, from concept through to implementation.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to champion user needs and represent world-class design.Apply your skills to seamlessly craft experiences, define principles and UI patterns, and prototype solutions at scale.Shape the future of our cross-product linking vision and contribute to company-wide design initiatives.Elevate the design standards of Atlassian products through iterative design processes and shipping value to customers.Qualifications:
4-6 years of UX/product design mastery, ideally working with complex enterprise-level software.Collaboration powerhouse with a proven track record working hand-in-hand with product and engineering teams.Your portfolio is a showcase of brilliance demonstrating a rock-solid foundation in interaction and visual design, design-led problem-solving, and deep understanding of product success.Experience balancing the strategic big picture with pixel-perfect execution.Knack for delving into user needs, testing your ideas, and measuring the impact of your designs.Skilled in exploring and conveying design solutions through prototyping and conceptual models.Ability to bridge the gap by seamlessly connecting user needs, business goals, technical feasibility, and key metrics through your designs.Storytelling is an integral part of your workflow by excelling in written and verbal communication.Huge plus for experience working effectively with remote teammates in highly distributed teams.Resilience with receiving feedback and then integrating this into your work, which is fueled by a relentless pursuit of excellence.Growth mindset embracing continuous learning, adapting to evolving technologies, and fostering a culture of design innovation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
