The opportunity We are on the lookout for an experienced VM Specialist to support the growth of our iconic footwear brands, by enhancing the instore visual experience for Hush Puppies, Clarks and Julius Marlow. Reporting to the Head of VM, this role will lead the setup of product placement, signage, window and instore creative displays for all retail and concession stores.
To achieve this, you will:
Assist in developing VM strategies for both retail and concession stores.Manage seasonal mock shop setups, product displays, signage, and window creative.Lead test store setups and partner with the retail leadership team to communicate updates to retail teams.Collaborate with planning and retail teams on sales, promotions, and merchandising timelines.Oversee merchandising for key brand moments (e.g. collaborations, back-to-school, collaborations & new product launches).Provide weekly store presentation updates, adjusting displays based on sales performance.Brief VM production requirements and coordinate with marketing and suppliers for windows and in-store displays.Develop and maintain POS kits to support tactical promotions.Support store design processes, including briefing fixture requirements and ordering display elements.Create training tools to guide retail teams on consistent VM execution.The skills and experience you offer us 2+ years in a similar VM roleStrong footwear / brand experienceStrong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills.Experience using Adobe especially InDesign; SketchUp experience is a plus.Strong business acumen and creative development skills.Just some of the perks we offer you Generous discounts for you and your family across Brand Collective's stable of brands!
