Driven by our innovative, inclusive, and forward-thinking culture, we create differentiated, omni-channel experiences for customers and build the next generation of digital retailing.About The RoleThis is a 12 month fixed term position, with possibility for extension.As a Product Designer in the Customer Engagement and Loyalty team, you're an active part of your design team and squad participating in planning, research, ideation, design and execution. This role involves overseeing end-to-end experiences to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. As a Product Manager, you will lead both qualitative and quantitative research, facilitate design thinking sessions, and test future experiences. Collaboration is key as you work with product designers and other squads to create a cohesive customer experience across all workstreams and channels. You will also work alongside the Customer Lifecycle Management team to meticulously plan and build effective customer journeys.You have experience working with a broad set of metric driven design methodologies including Click Through Rate. Knowing when to use and apply qualitative and quantitative data and insights to create hypotheses for different user cases.You have extensive experience designing for websites, apps and other touchpoints, with a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design and the ability to create rapid, low-fi through to high-fi prototypes and iterate.Strong working knowledge of digital ecosystem, software development lifecycle, development methodologies (including Agile), enterprise architecture principles, web usability and accessibility, online content strategy, and user experience (UX) design.Experience working with retail/e-comm or large complex organisations and projects is highly desirable.You will alsoLead the design and implementation of scalable Design Systems supporting various e-commerce Product Teams.Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and efficient design processes.Create and maintain UI parts, rules and documentation to ensure we deliver a cohesive customer experience across multiple channels.About You And Your SkillsWorking knowledge of the tools of the trade. Such as Figma, Sketch, user testing tools and rapid prototyping tools.Understanding of digital ecosystem, software development lifecycle, development methodologies (including Agile), A/B testing and optimisation techniques, enterprise architecture principles, web usability and accessibility, online content strategy, and user experience (UX) design.A portfolio demonstrating a range of artefacts developed in the process of creating compelling services.An understanding of digital accessibility (WCAG 2.1/2.2) and the implications for design and able to include high level accessibility requirements in final designs.What's In It For YouFlexible working options.
