Join the team We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative Product Design Technologist who is highly proficient in front-end engineering and design systems. You will have a strong ability to bridge the gap between design and technology, creating seamless and intuitive user experiences while ensuring high quality, efficient code. The role reports directly to the Experimentation Manager and involves close collaboration with key stakeholders across the organisation. What you'll be doing Oversee the daily operations and execution of our A/B testing and Experimentation Program Enhance and expand our A/B testing capabilities within IT squads Develop and implement our design system in code Integrate and embed our design system, fostering expertise with our Product and IT teams Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective product designs Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and ensure that designs meet user needs and preferences Create detailed prototypes and implement user interface components using modern front-end technologies Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and keep the product design cutting edge. To be successful in this role: We're looking for a forward thinking Design Technologist proficient in front end engineering and design systems. You should excel in connecting design and code, using tools like Figma, Storybook, and Knapsack. The ideal candidate will manage design systems integrated with no-code platforms and generative UI technologies. You should also be a highly skilled Frontend engineer, along with have experience building A/B tests via tools like Optimizely and comfortable with modern frameworks and engineering practices, including ensuring scalability and performance across digital platforms. We'd also love you to have: Qualifications in Analytics, Computer Science, Innovation, Digital Design or similar Expertise in interaction design, rapid prototyping A/B testing along with a proven track record developing and maintaining accessible, responsive applications. Sound understanding and embracing of modern development practices; Agile, Lean, Design Thinking, Experimentation and their related technologies (A/B testing platforms, version control / git, es-lint, jest, cli, node, etc). This highly collaboratively role will require exceptional stakeholder management across cross functional teams within the business.
