You will use your project delivery experience and skills to balance business outcomes alongside customer, partner and business benefits. You will work with the people in your team, and various people across the business to build and manage delivery plans and sequence work for delivery from inception to implementation. You will clearly articulate priorities by helping team members understand what work they will do and why it matters.
In this role, you'll: Partner with the Product, Marketing, Partner, Tech and Operations teams to build a rich understanding of the products, experiences, systems, consumer and agent behaviours and the general day to day operational functions and needs of the businessEstablish and manage product delivery workstreams and projectsWork closely with Product Managers, suppliers, Technology, Risk, Compliance and the development team to execute on the Pay business unit objectivesWork closely with the team, Technology, suppliers and stakeholders throughout delivery to ensure requirements and solutions are aligned to targeted outcomesLead team, stakeholder and supplier engagement including planning workshops, stand-ups and status meetingsManage dependencies and sequencing of work, working closely with the Product Management to ensure alignmentProject delivery and business risk / issues management as per Latitude's risk and issues management guidelinesRelease / implementation ownership inclusive of meeting any necessary Change Authority Board (CAB) requirementsFinancial management inclusive of cost tracking and forecasting, execution of supplier statement of works, purchase order and time-sheeting administrationProducing accurate and timely status reporting on initiativesPreparing and presenting option and recommendation papers / packs to senior management.Skills & Experience: An undergraduate degree in business, technology or related discipline or comparable work experienceExperience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager and/or Product OwnerExperience in managing stakeholders and vendors to deliver projects with fixed end dates and complex requirementsExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsFinancial Services knowledge across originations, credit cards, receivables platforms and servicing domainsStrong understanding of delivery, governance, change management and benefits realisation frameworksExcellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skillsA team player attitude and is collaborative by natureExcellent business acumen and ability to build strong open relationships with business stakeholdersAny prior experience with Confluence, Jira or MS Project would be niceAbility to understand business requirements, technical design and solution and application architectureThe skills and desire to navigate business problems and have an appreciation for decisions affecting areas outside of your accountability.Sometimes the best candidates don't have 100% of what is listed above, but if you have most and are confident you'd be a good fit, we'd love to hear from you!
