The Product and Customer Entitlement (PACE) team builds, maintains, and publishes core health insurance product information across Bupa Health Insurance, enabling our customers to receive their product information across all channels of engagement.
As a key member of the PACE team, you will enable accurate and timely provision of product information to our customers by configuring and maintaining the products within our Product Information Management system.
This is a 12-month fixed-term full-time position based in the Melbourne office (Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements, allowing you to work from the office or from home).
How will you make an impact? As a Product Data Management Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth product launches and updates by managing and validating critical product information.
Your expertise in data accuracy and stakeholder collaboration will drive seamless execution and help deliver high-quality results.
You will add value by: Collaborating with stakeholders to stay informed about upcoming product launches, changes, or closures.Configuring product details and updating catalogues within the Product Information Management (PIM) system.Validating and ensuring data accuracy, partnering with teams for quality assurance before release.Analyzing product data and providing summary reports for key insights.Investigating and correcting data discrepancies, engaging relevant stakeholders.Participating in post-release testing for major product updates or changes.About You You're a curious and detail-oriented professional who loves learning and thrives in fast-paced environments.

To be considered for this role, you will have:
