Position Overview: As a Travel Product Coordinator, you will be responsible for the development, coordination, and management of our travel products.You will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that travel offerings are top-notch and meet the needs of diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities: Product Development: Research, develop, and curate new travel products and packages that align with market trends and customer preferences.Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the best rates and services.Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless product implementation, from concept to launch.Quality Control: Monitor the performance and quality of travel products, ensuring they meet our high standards and customer satisfaction.Documentation: Create and maintain detailed product descriptions, itineraries, pricing, and promotional materials.Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings.Customer Support: Provide expert support to sales teams and customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to travel products.Qualifications Must have previous travel industry experience either as a travel consultant or retail travel capacityStrong attention to detail and computer systems proficiencyExcellent organisation and time management skillsThe Package 60 - 68k plus superannuationTravel perks & discounts
