As a result of strong growth, it has created a new opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager to develop and sustain iconic brands across multiple channels, through a deep understanding of market segmentation and consumer requirements. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible leading the establishment and communication of the marketing strategy across these key brands. You will oversee the development of integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns, build annual campaign calendars of brand activity, and work closely with external agencies in developing promotional materials in line with strategy and guidelines. You will also facilitate market and consumer research as well as manage brand expenditure within approved budgets to achieve strong ROI and brand awareness which will include leading cross functional teams to support the creation of new asset development, inclusive of packaging. As part of this you will plan and present marketing communications at the National Sales Conference and you will manage key supplier relationships across advertising, market research, media, PR, and promotional agencies together with printers.
You MUST be tertiary qualified ideally in Marketing and have similar experience as a Senior Brand Manager preferably within Homewares, FMCG and/or the Consumer Goods sector. You will possess superior Project Management skills with a strong ability to multitask, together with exceptional commercial acumen, where you understand key P & L drivers. You will also possess superior communication and problem-solving skills in dealing with multiple key stakeholders both internally and externally, together with strong administrative and data analysis skills across consumer data and insights. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as ZiNet and Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous. Your ability to work under pressure, manage competing interests as well as meeting deadlines in a timely manner will ensure you are a strong contender for this exceptional opportunity.

As a result of strong growth, they are presently seeking to employ 2 new dynamic Product Coordinators that have the capability of working with and relating to all levels of key stakeholders both internally and externally. This includes the Senior Executive Group, Product/Buying, Marketing/Communications, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics teams as well as global external manufacturers, predominantly in China and India. You will also get exposure to working with Artists this organisation collaborates with and new category projects as they seek to expand their product diversity and customer base.
Reporting directly to the Head of Buying and Product Development, these positions will contribute to the product range and development by researching product trends to source appropriate products in line with brand, customer expectations and sales targets, coordinate procurement and order management in accordance with the company guidelines. This will also include commercial aspects such as costings together with the administrative elements of the product and sourcing flow to ensure it meets highest quality standard. As part of this you will also be responsible to ensure seasonal product ranges meet shipment timeframes per sales calendar. You will also be involved in the management of samples required for design, development, and marketing and ensure samples are on hand and for all showrooms. Finally, you will participate in the preparation of packaging briefs, photography, proofing artwork. Coordinate packaging artwork processes from design to completion.
Ideally you will be tertiary qualified and MUST have experience in Product with a sound knowledge of design concepts, processes and understanding market trends. This will have come from a retail environment, preferably in Homewares or FMCG/Consumer Goods sectors. Your passion, interest and enthusiasm towards product development and working closely with key internal and external stakeholders will be critical. You will have strong MS Office Suite (Excel preferably Intermediate/ advanced), MS Dynamics 365 and preferably Zi Net Software Solutions. You possess superior communication and problem-solving capabilities, together with strong administrative and data analysis skills. Reporting to directly to the General Manager, having one direct report and approximately 100 to 150 staff and volunteers (mainly casual based), you will be responsible for all day-to-day HR activities, together with assisting the business in further developing their People & Culture strategy and aligning this to the overall business objectives. This will include Learning & Development, Policy and Procedures, Risk and Compliance (including understanding key areas such as OH & S, Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming, RSA & RSG, Anti-Money Laundering AML, Food Handling, and others), Staff Rostering, Grievances, and Counselling, Succession Planning, and Remuneration and Rewards (including a good knowledge of differing awards as mainly a casual staff-based environment).
