This is a unique opportunity for an individual with proven expertise in audio and visual technologies to play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience across the retail chain's outlets.
Position Overview: As the Lead Audio/Visual Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge audio and visual solutions that align with our client's brand and customer expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage A/V projects, and ensure the seamless integration of audio and visual elements to create an immersive and engaging environment for both customers and employees.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the design and implementation of audio and visual systems across retail locations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of A/V projects.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on the selection of audio and visual equipment.
- Develop and maintain documentation for A/V systems, including troubleshooting guides and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of A/V equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Train and mentor junior A/V technicians to enhance the overall capabilities of the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Audio/Visual Technology, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Audio/Visual Specialist, with a minimum of 5 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of audio and visual technologies, including sound systems, displays, projectors, and control systems.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Experience working in a retail environment is a plus.
